Vidya Jyoti rural government school ICT lab in Lumphat district Senior secondary school, Ratanakiri Province.Our Vidya Jyoti Project coordinator Heng Phakdey, travelled 9 hours, driving through the night with 21 new computers. He installed each computer with our signboards, setting up the ICT lab for the school children. Each computer has been uploaded with Microsoft Office software. All 21 computers are new and have been purchased by Vidya Jyoti from the Capital Pnomh Penh. These rural school children have never used a computer before... Most of these children had never seen or had access to a computer before. Now they will have the opportunity to learn for the first time in their life.
